The OSCE SMM documented the reduction of the number of attacks during the so-called “grain ceasefire “in Donbas. Yet, the “primary cause of the violence has not been eliminated”, as Oleksandr Hug, First Deputy Chairman of OSCE SMM, informed Hromadske Radio.
