Thomas Greminger, Secretary-General of OSCE claimed that the representatives of the Russian Federation have a right to participate in OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. He claimed this at the briefing in Kramatorsk, according to Donbas News.
‘From 44 participating countries of OSCE SMM, from 700 monitors working in the field, 37 are from the Russian Federation. This is the position of the mission because Russia is a participating country. They have a right to represent themselves here,’ Greminger said.
