An owner of a car, which exploded on June 14 in Sviatoshyno district of Kyiv is the reserve officer and Donbas soldier. Andry Kryshchenko, the Head of the National Police in Kyiv claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.
According to Kryshchenko, the owner of abandoned car is a man born in 1977, he served at Ukraine’s Armed Forces and participated in the combat actions. At the moment, he is at the district police office and the prosecutors work with him. He is accused of illegal handling of weapons.
