Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko, who is kept in Chelyabinsk prison, spent three days in a punishment cell for “non-observance of the dress code”, as Kolchenko’s mother Larysa said, Hromadske reports.
His mother also stated that shortly before the detention in the cell he wrote an appeal on the meeting with the Ukrainian Consul and Ombudsman.
