With the help of sanctions, it is possible to force the Russian Federation to show flexibility in the issue of the UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas. This opinion was expressed by the former NATO head, adviser to the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Anders Fogh Rasmussen speaking to Ukranian journalists, Ukrinform reports.
