Russian-led separatists shelled the waste pond of Toretsk phenolic factory in Donetsk region. The said attack causes a grave threat of the environmental disaster in the area. The Joint Control and Coordination Centre, JCCC, reported that on July 26, with the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation quoting them later that day.
‘Russian Federation’s illegal armed formations attacked the waste pond of chemical production of Toretsk phenolic factory. On July 25, 2018, the representatives of the Ukrainian side of the JCCC spotted an explosion of the artillery shell’, the message said.
