Ukrainian border guards Ihor Dziubak and Bohdan Martson will return from the Russian Federation within the announced by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko hostage exchange. This was reported by Hromadske with reference to its sources.
In response, Ukraine will hand over to Russia detained in the Kherson region two FSB officers – Vladimir Kuznetsov and Askar Kulub.
