Ukraine needs the central authority that will help to prepare the projects on the usage of the EU funds and that will be trusted by the foreign countries. Initiator of this project, former Prime Minister of Lithuania and MP of the Lithuanian Seimas Andrius Kubilius claimed this as Ukrinform reported.
‘We note in our plan that is very important to think not only about the source of the funds but the creation of the special authority in Ukraine’, he thinks.
