Ukraine gathers the information on the violation of the ECHR decision by Russia on the provision of the treatment to the Ukrainian sailors and provision of all rights and freedoms to them, according to the European Convention on Human Rights. Ivan Lishchyna, the ECHE Commissioner made such statement as RBK-Ukraine reported.
