A Ukrainian Army Colonel was busted with extortion and bribe-taking. The incident took place in Khmelnytsky region, central Ukraine, the press service of the Western Region’s Military Prosecutor’s Office says.
The senior officer of the Moral and Psychological Support Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces demanded money from a serviceman who served under the contract.
