Religious studies scholar Ihor Kozlovsky has been released today under the prisoner exchange with Donbas separatists, according to Hromadske. Among others already released, there is serviceman Volodymyr Fomichev and public activist Oleskiy Kyrychenko.
Previously it was informed that Ukrainian scholar Ihor Kozlovsky taught religious studies at the Donetsk University. He couldn’t leave Donetsk when the war started because he was taking care of his paralyzed son. The Russia-backed separatists detained him and locked him up in a basement.
