The USA is to allocate over $5 million for ensuring Ukraine’s cyber security. The issue was discussed during the meeting between Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov and Special Assistant to the President for Cyber National Security Council Joshua Steinman, according to BBC.
“US Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch said in a dialogue that the United States will allocate over $5 mln as a part of new aid programme on cyber-security, intended at strengthening Ukraine’s capability to prevent, lessen the influence, and react to cyber attacks,” the media writes.
