Ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych sent an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) with his claims about “violation of his right to participate in court hearings in the case, on which he is accused in the state treason by the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office.” This was reported by the lawyer of ex-president Vitaliy Serdyuk, according to TASS, citing his words on the air of the Espresso TV channel.
