Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) have informed two high-ranking officials: the former acting general director of the National Space Agency of Ukraine and the deputy chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, as well as the head of the enterprise, in favor of which these premises belonging to the state-owned enterprise JV Arsenal were sold, that they will be prosecuted, the press service of the PGO reported on June 4.

“According to the investigation, in 2011, three persons in collusion with the enterprise illegally sold the premises of a state-owned enterprise with a total area of 9,500 square meters located in Moskovska Street in Kyiv to a limited liability company. However, according to the legislation, state-owned property that was transferred to a state-owned enterprise in management, is included in the list of facilities that are not subject to privatization,” the PGO said.

Pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the State Bureau of Investigations.
