Activists and supporters of the nationalistic organization S14, the Right Sector and other radical movements are holding a protest near the Ukrainian Interior Ministry building in Kyiv on Feb. 18.

During the procession from the House of Officers to the Interior Ministry building the number of protesters calling for “holding law enforcement officers, who violate the freedom of peaceful assemblies, responsible” reached 300.

Approaching the Interior Ministry protesters lit firecrackers and then projected the words “Bandera, Get Up!” on the facade of the Interior Ministry building. A protester launched a flare.

Law enforcement officers have placed several cordons near the ministry building, allowing protesters to pass through them one by one to approach directly the central entrance of the ministry.

In particular, the rally is attended by Ukrainian Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Heorhiy Tuka and members of the factions of Batkivschyna party and the Radical Party.
