President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to organize the return of Ukrainian citizens from the Gaza Strip, said Mikhail Podoliak, adviser to the President’s Office head Mykhailo Podoliak has said.
“There is no doubt that our state always helps all Ukrainians. Wherever in the world, they find themselves in emergency situations and express a desire to return home. So it will be now. President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the government, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and our security services, if their assistance is required, to organize it. It is the duty of every civilized country to always save its people,” Podoliak told Interfax-Ukraine on May 18.
