Almost 800 medical workers infected with COVID-19 in Lviv region

Some 796 medical workers have been infected with coronavirus (COVID-19) in Lviv region, the press service of Lviv Regional State Administration said.

This number includes 259 doctors, 328 nurses, 135 medical attendants and 74 other employees of medical institutions. A total of 386 medical workers have recovered and five died from the disease as of today.

As reported, Lviv region has 4,836 COVID-19 cases, 725 recoveries and 126 deaths from the disease. The regions leads in terms of the number of COVID-19 among other Ukraine’s regions.
