You're reading: Amsterdam Court gives 2 months for supply of additional information in ‘Scythian gold’ case

The Amsterdam Court of Appeal asks for additional information on the dispute between Ukraine and the museums of Crimea for the so-called “Scythian gold,” the final decision is expected in 6-9 months.

“In making their case, the parties have elaborated their arguments and provided the court with expert opinions, but the court nevertheless requires additional information,” the court said in a press release.

“The parties have been given two months to provide the requested information. Subsequently, the court will examine the case further. A final judgment may be expected in 6 to 9 months’ time,” it said.
