Angert, Galanternik and Trukhanov, as well as their families, have owned real estate in London, while Galanternik allegedly has property in Miami, Florida.
Trukhanov declined to comment, while Angert and Galanternik did not respond to requests for comment.
Brightside Properties Number 3 and 4, which own two apartments at 199 Knightsbridge in London, were owned in 2010 by Nikolai Fomichev, an associate of Angert, according to documents from the Paradise Papers leak of offshore information, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, a Kyiv Post partner, reported in April.
In 2015 Brightside sold the flats to Angert’s daughter Anya for 12.5 million pounds. She now owns a total of three flats at 199 Knightsbridge.
Meanwhile, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) called East Corner Properties Limited gave Angert power of attorney to buy a flat at Kensington Court Garden in 1996. He sold the apartment in 1999 for $2.5 million.
Documents attached to an email between British lawyer Alexander Popivker and offshore services firm Appleby obtained by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project also show that Galanternik lived at 199 Knightsbridge. According to the UK land registry, in January 2015 this apartment was purchased by a company from the Isle of Man for 4.6 million pounds.
Galanternik’s wife Natasha Zinko told Tatler magazine in 2014 that they had later moved to a Regency style building in Mayfair. Photos from the luxurious apartment published by Tatler show a high-end Rococo bedroom.
In 2016 Zinko held a birthday party themed on French Queen Marie Antoinette.
Meanwhile, in 2015 Trukahnov’s common-law wife, and his daughter, Tetyana Koltunova and Kateryna Trukhanova, controlled Peninsula Property Holdings.
In 2016 Peninsula Property Holdings, registered in the British Virgin Islands, paid 3.7 million pounds for an apartment at the Chilterns luxury apartment building in Marylebone, London.
On April 20, OCCRP reporters spotted Angert’s daughter, Anya Angert, 25, on the apartment’s balcony.
Galanternik also allegedly has assets in Miami, Florida.
His business partner, Radion Lefteryov, is the secretary of a currently inactive Miami-registered holding company called Miami RCR Trading Inc.
Galanternik’s wife Zinko regularly posts photos from Miami.
Meanwhile, U.S. citizen Oleg Raivich is registered at the same house in Miami as Zinko’s parents, according to the Novoye Vremya magazine. He owns Odesa’s First City Radio and GVI Investments — a name that corresponds to Galanternik’s initials.
