Ukraine’s Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has filed his e-declaration for 2016, in which he declared collections of paintings, books, money, weapons, wine and two Cyprus companies.
Avakov together with his wife Inna own two apartments in Kharkiv measuring 657.9 sq m and 70.90 sq m, respectively, as well as an apartment in Chuguyeve measuring 55.4 sq m and a land plot in Korobochkyne village, Kharkiv region, measuring 1,200 sq m. Avakov’s spouse also owns a land plot in Korobochkyne measuring 1,200 sq m.
Avakov noted in his declaration that he rents a room in a hotel measuring 77.6 sq m.
Ukraine’s Interior Minister has a collection of wines from France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Ukraine, Spain, the U.S. and Chile – a total of 760 bottles, including Chateau Mouton-Rothschild from 1945, 1955, 1982 and 1986. He also owns two bottles of Chаteau Pеtrus (2000 vintage).
Avakov declared furniture and watches (Rolex Daytona, Jaeger LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin), handbags (Chanel, Louis Vuitton), four fur coats and other precious items, including gemstones.
The interior minister is the beneficiary owner of two Cyprus companies: Ulisse Management Limited and Fontana Management Limited. In 2016 he declared Hr 466,121 in salary. His wife received Hr 289,032 in salary.
Avakov has Hr 626,348 on deposit in Ukreximbank, as well as deposits of $175,804 and Hr 804,338,596 in Oschadbank. His wife has a 3,447 euro deposit in Oschadbank and deposits of Hr 1,043,000 and $220,000 in Ukrsotsbank.
Avakov’s wife declared options in Astra-Finance Ltd. worth several million hryvnias. Arseniy Avakov, meanwhile, declared unpaid dividends from Avitalia s.r.1 from Oct. 14 worth Hr 148,423.
