Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov denies information that the person holding hostages in the bus in Lutsk has mental health problems.

He urged journalists in Lutsk to “be very careful in their comments.” According to him, unverified information “does not help the situation, but creates additional tension.”

“You spread the information that he was treated in a psychiatric hospital – this is false information,” the minister said.
