TALLINN – In a video meeting on Nov. 27, Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas and his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal signed an agreement on technological and financial cooperation between Estonia and Ukraine guaranteeing tax exemption to technological Estonian-Ukrainian cooperation projects in Ukraine.
