Baltic Times: Ukraine adds Latvia and Estonia to its list of tax havens

TALLINN – Ukraine has added Latvia and Estonia to its list of tax havens, and the decision is effective since the beginning of 2018, the Estonian newspaper Eesti Paevaleht reported.
