The United States and Germany will continue supporting the territorial integrity and Euro-Atlantic aspirations of Ukraine, U.S. President Joseph Biden said at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
“We will continue our support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the continued importance of reforms in the support of their Euro-Atlantic aspirations,” he said.
At the same time, Biden noted the importance of continuing reforms in Ukraine.
According to him, Washington and Berlin will continue “to stand together to defend our Eastern Flank allies at NATO against Russian aggression.”
