It is envisaged that the successful implementation of the program will help provide 5,165 young families with housing and that 372,550 square meters will be built, with the average total area of housing per family being 62.5 square meters..

Hr 2.83 billion is needed to implement the program.

The report, which is attached to the resolution, notes that the extension of the program will help solve the issue of providing young people with housing, and, accordingly, will have a positive impact on the solution of the demographic problem, which is very acute in Ukraine.

The program foresees the financing of a mechanism for privileged lending to young people for the purchase of housing, as well as repayment of obligations under previously concluded contracts for partial compensation for interest rates on loans from commercial banks.

The sources of funding for the program include funds from the special fund of the state budget, funds of local budgets, as well as attracted resources. There are currently 70 local programs for providing young people with housing. The implementation of the state program provides for co-financing from the state and local budgets.
