On June 22, a meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) was held, at which the Central Election Commission refused to register parliamentary candidates in snap elections to the Verkhovna Rada, included in the electoral list of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

“The Commission refused to register parliamentary candidates included in the electoral list of the Communist Party of Ukraine in the state-wide multi-mandate electoral district at the early parliamentary elections of Ukraine on July 21, 2019. It also refused to register the representative of the said political party with the CEC with an advisory vote Gerasymenko,” the CEC press service said on June 22 evening.
