Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili has pardoned two Ukrainian sailors, Volodymyr Dyachenko and Yuriy Khomych, as well as Mykhailo Baturyn, a former member of ex-President Mikheil Saakashvili’s security detail in Ukraine, ahead of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Georgia. Georgia had accused them of illegally crossing the state border.
