Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytsky did not appear on Dec. 28 morning at the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) to carry out legal proceedings, an informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.

“Tupytsky did not come for legal proceedings,” the source said.

As reported, on Dec. 24, head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytsky was summoned on Dec. 28 to the PGO for procedural actions, the Prosecutor General’s Office told Interfax-Ukraine.

At the same time, the Office did not specify within the framework of the investigation of which case Tupytsky was summoned and for which procedural actions.
