To help Ukraine better tackle the systemic problem of ill-treatment as identified in a number of ECtHR judgements, the CoE develops online education courses. Target audience of the latter comprises key actors in the field of combatting serious human rights violations – investigators, prosecutors and advocates. They are among enrollees of the freshly-piloted national “Prohibition of ill-treatment” course at the HELP online programme and among participants of the final face-to-face session that took place in Kyiv on Feb. 7.
