Zakarpattia Court of Appeal partially reversed the decision of the investigating judge of Uzhgorod City and District Court, attaching the property seized during searches at the Leader of the KMKS Party of Hungarians of Ukraine Vasyl Brenzovych.
The corresponding decision was made at a meeting on Dec. 28, the press service of the court said.
“After examining the materials of the proceedings and hearing the participants, the panel of judges came to the conclusion that the appeal of the prosecutor should be satisfied, and the decision of the investigating judge of Dec. 11, partially reversed,” the message said.
The court took into account that the property is material evidence in criminal proceedings. In this regard, as well as to establish all the circumstances of the committed crime, the court of appeal seized the property by its decision.
“So, the appeal of the investigator was fully satisfied,” the court said.
