The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeals has confirmed the illegality of resolution No. 315 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 27, 2016, which, in particular, determines the procedure of setting prices of natural gas for the needs of the population and heating companies, chairman of the Union of Housing Owners Oleksiy Kucherenko has said.

“The Sixth Court of Appeals composed of the judges Y. Sobkiv (presiding), N. Bezymianna, O. Hanechko made the ruling, by which completely refused to satisfy the appeals of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Naftogaz Ukrainy and the NCER,” he said on Facebook.
