The court on Oct. 20 decided to arrest one of the top managers of the Ukrainian producer of snacks, S.Group Corporation, Serhiy Probachai, the founder of the company, MP Serhiy Rybalko, wrote on his Facebook page.
According to the deputy, Probachai is one of the top managers of Snack-Export LLC, which is part of S.Group.
Probachai is charged in accordance with the article of the Criminal Code on encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Rybalko in the arrest of the company employee sees pressure on him as an opposition deputy on the part of authorities.
As reported, in April the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine conducted more than 30 searches in Kyiv, Dnipro and Odesa, as well as in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions as part of an investigation into the facts of assisting by the officials of the State Fiscal Service in evading taxes by the enterprises of S.Group.
S.Group Corporation has production sites in Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions. The corporation enterprises produce goods under the trademarks of Snekkin, Kozatska Slava, Miy Rybalka, Semki, Macho, Fantasy, Fantee, etc.
