The Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv has upheld the previously chosen by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv preventive measure to ex-MP Serhiy Pashynsky in the form of detention for two months (until December 4) without the right to make a bail.
The court made the corresponding decision at a meeting on Friday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
