The Economic Court of Kyiv has rejected the lawsuit of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) against ESU LLC on terminating the privatization contract for the sale and purchase of 92.79 percent of the shares in Ukrtelecom and recovering Hr 2.171 billion.
The relevant court ruling dated Nov. 7, was posted in the court rulings register on Nov. 21.
According to the document, the court also denied the suit of ESU against the State Property Fund on “recognizing the obligations under the contract terminated due to the impossibility of their fulfillment.”
