On Sept. 4, Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv selects a jury who will take part in the court hearings on charges of Andriy Antonenko, Yana Duhar and Yulia Kuzmenko of involvement in the murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet.
According to a correspondent of Interfax-Ukraine at the beginning of the meeting, Antonenko’s defense wanted to file a motion about the possibility of being their client not in the box for prisoners and defendants, but along with lawyers, to which the presiding judge said that the petition procedure does not provide for a court selects the jury who will take part in the hearings.
