Kyiv’s Court of Appeal has set a date for the trial of an appeal in criminal proceedings against the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, suspected of committing high treason by prior conspiracy by a group of persons, the court’s press service said.

“Consideration of the appeal of the defense, filed against the decision of the judge of Pechersky District Court of Kyiv dated Oct. 20, who chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of suspect A. in absentia, is scheduled for Nov. 3, (at 15.35),” the court said on the Facebook page.
