Ukraine has identified 919 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as of 9 a.m. on July 28.
The largest numbers of new cases were registered in Lviv Oblast (147), Kyiv (110), Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (103) and Rivne Oblast (83).
The total number of infections identified in Ukraine since the start of the pandemic stands at 66,575. A total of 36,744 people have recovered and 1,629 have died of the disease.
Of all cases registered in Ukraine in the past 24 hours, 61 are children and 55 are medical workers.
In the past 24 hours, Ukraine has recorded 13 deaths from COVID-19, 206 patients have been hospitalized and 622 have recovered.

In total, 12,655 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests were administered across the country during the past 24 hours. In addition, Ukrainian laboratories carried out 13,371 antibody tests (ELISA), Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said at his morning briefing on July 28.
