Ukraine has recorded 1,602 new cases of COVID-19 and 118 related deaths over the past 24 hours, the press service of the Ukrainian Health Ministry said on Telegram on June 8 morning.
“Ukraine has registered 1,602 new daily cases of the coronavirus infection as of June 8, 2021, including 95 children and 94 medical workers. Also, 483 people have been admitted to hospitals. Medics have recorded 118 fatalities and 6,751 recoveries over the past day,” it said.
On June 7, Ukraine reported 535 new COVID-19 cases, 937 cases on June 6, and 1,897 cases on June 5.
Ukraine has recorded a total of 2.217 million cases of COVID-19, including 51,333 deaths and 2.102 million recoveries since the pandemic began.
