Russia’s war on Ukraine:
- Two Ukrainian servicemen were killed in a grenade explosion in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) zone in Donbas, the Ukrainska Pravda news website reported. The incident is thought to have been caused by careless handling of the device.
- Lefortovo prison in Moscow has given Ukraine permission to visit the 24 Ukrainian prisoners of war Russia is holding there, according to Kateryna Zelenko, the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
- Russian-led forces mounted three attacks on Ukrainian soldiers in the Donbas in the previous 24 hours, the Ukrainian military reported early on March 13.

- The British chairman of the executive board of oil company Ukrnafta, Mark Rollins, is expected to leave his position on April 30, 2019 according to a post on the company’s website.
- Russia’s Gazprom Export informs Bulgarian officials about plans to stop gas transit supplies via the Trans-Balkan gas pipeline from Ukraine to Turkey as of January 2020.
