SLOVIANSK – At the public library in this eastern Ukrainian city about 50 kilometers, or 30 miles, from the war’s front lines, a group of teenagers gather on a Monday afternoon to learn about life in America.
This is Presidents Day back in the United States, and, as a way to practice their English, the students write letters to U.S. President Donald Trump.
