Danone stops ad campaign involving Porechenkov

French producer of food and beverages Danone stops its advertising campaign with Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov following a scandal involving one of its brands, Ambassador of Ukraine to France Oleh Shamshur has said.

“I have good news for you. General Secretary of Danone France Mathias Vicherat has just called me. The company stops the advertising campaign with the participation of Porechenkov. A prompt and adequate response,” the diplomat said on his Twitter page on June 10.
