The deficit of the state budget of Ukraine in January-November this year amounted to Hr 111.7 billion, in particular of the general fund some Hr 130.7 billion, while the estimated deficit of the general fund for this period was Hr 236.9 billion, such data were reported by the Finance Ministry.
A month ago, the ministry promptly reported on the state budget deficit in January-October at Hr 111 billion, in particular the general fund – Hr 120 billion against the plan of Hr 214.2 billion.
Later, the State Treasury clarified that the state budget deficit for the ten months amounted to Hr 112 billion, in particular the general fund deficit – Hr 120.5 billion.
According to the law on the 2020 state budget, the ceiling deficit is set at Hr 298.4 billion, in particular that of the general fund – Hr 274.5 billion.
The draft state budget for 2021, submitted by the government to the Verkhovna Rada for the second reading, assumes a ceiling deficit of Hr 246.6 billion, including the general fund deficit of Hr 220.9 billion.
