The texts relate to the ongoing U.S. House impeachment inquiry into U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s attempt to condition $391 million in foreign aid to Ukraine and a White House meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the opening of a criminal investigation ex-U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden and his son, Hunter, who served for for years as a board member of a shady Ukrainian energy firm, Burisma, which is owned by former Ecology Minister Mykola Zlochevsky.
