The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched the Diia.Business online platform for small- and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in a test mode.

According to representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation during the presentation of the platform in Kyiv on Feb. 28, all sections are already available on the website, except for the consulting zone, which provides the opportunity of being advised by specialists using a video messenger. This section will be launched in late April. After that, entrepreneurs will be able to be advised in relation to the systematization of business processes, financial management, interaction with the state, business psychology, HR, marketing and sales.

The following sections have been implemented on the website:

– a catalog of business ideas with convenient templates, a list of all necessary legal documents for starting a business;

– online services and support programs for entrepreneurs on one page;

– an entrepreneur’s directory based on materials from relevant government agencies and leading Ukrainian companies;

– cases as success stories of ordinary people who wanted to start their own business.

According to Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration Valeria Ionan, the Diia.Business website is part of a large-scale national business development project and has an offline component – it is planned to open support centers and hubs for entrepreneurs in different regions of Ukraine.

“In addition to consultations, in consulting zones, entrepreneurs will be able to present their product to other entrepreneurs and receive feedback, go through educational programs and receive additional services. The opening of the first consulting zone for entrepreneurs is scheduled for April-May 2020 in Kharkiv,” the Ministry of Digital Transformation said.

In addition, according to Ionan, in the near future it is planned to implement an online tool for working with private entrepreneurs, but she did not manage to name the exact date of the planned launch of this service.

“We created a real one stop-shop for an entrepreneur, convenient, humane and useful. We gathered all the most important things for entrepreneurs, from A to Z, in one place. This was extremely lacking. Previously, entrepreneurs were lost in finding the right information on various websites with unattractive interface, now all this is available on one website with just a few clicks,” Ionan said.

She also said that the content on the website will be updated regularly.

The Diia.Business online platform was implemented with the support of Mastercard.

As its creators said, the Diia.Business project will help increase the appearance of new businesses in the regions and the number of jobs, and will contribute to the development of the transformation of small businesses into medium-sized and the entry of Ukrainian entrepreneurs into international markets.

In addition, the Ministry of Digital Transformation plans to launch another help line and a chat bot after launching the help line for entrepreneurs in December 2019 in a test mode.
