URE Holding Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus) from Dragon Capital group of companies has completed the acquisition of Smart Plaza Obolon trade and entertainment center at 21 Marshala Tymoshenko Street in Kyiv, the press service of the company has said.
“Smart Plaza Obolon shopping and entertainment center will be the fifth object in general and the third one in Kyiv in our portfolio of commercial real estate. Its total area has already exceeded 170,000 square meters,” it said.
A good location of the shopping center will stimulate an increase in sales. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
The official opening of the shopping center took place at the end of January 2019. The object consists of two floors with a total area of 15,000 square meters and is part of a residential complex.
The rental area is 10,000 square meters. The object includes Silpo, Comfy stores, a fashionable gallery and a two-level KFC fast food restaurant.
The main investor in the project was UDP of Vasyl Khmelnytsky, the developer was A Development of Oleksiy Baranov.
URE Holding Limited is an investment holding that is part of Dragon Capital group of companies and specializes in investment in commercial real estate. One of the majority shareholders of the holding is Dragon Capital Investments Limited.
