Low-cost airline Ryanair has announced plans to invest €1.5 billion in Ukraine over the next five years, expanding its fleet to 15 planes and annual capacity to five million people. The announcement follows a meeting in Kyiv between Ryanair COO David O’Brien and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
