This is the sentence pronounced by the Pavia court against 29-year-old Vitaliy Markiv, deputy platoon commander in the General Serhiy Kulchytsky Operational Battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine, for alleged complicity in the death of Italian journalist Andrea Rocchelli in Sloviansk in 2014.
