Resolutions of the Parliamentary Assembly Euronest in support of Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian aggression, adopted in the framework of the sixth session of the PA in the Verkhovna Rada on October 29 – November 1, will be presented in the European Parliament, Petro Poroshenko Bloc member Dmytro Lubynets has said.

“It is important that the parliamentary platform Euronest has been held in Ukraine for the first time. The main achievement of the session is the adoption of resolutions where violations of the rights of people in the occupied part of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Crimea and Ukraine’s suffering from aggression on the part of the Russian Federation are stated. During the voting for the adoption of the resolutions we were once again convinced that not only the European parliamentarians, but also the deputies of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova and Georgia back us in the fight against the aggressor,” the press service of the Petro Poroshenko Solidarity Bloc quoted the MP as saying.

He recalled that the key topics discussed at the session by the deputies of the European Parliament, the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, were the aggression of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine, cyber security in the EU countries and the Eastern Partnership countries.
