Ukrainian parliamentarian of the eighth convocation Tetiana Chornovol has been notified of the suspicion of organization of setting on fire the office of a political party in February 2014, as a result of which a person died.
“Investigators of the territorial administration of the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) … notified the deputy of the eighth convocation of suspicion. She is suspected of intentional unlawful causing of death to another person, committed by prior conspiracy of a group of people in a manner dangerous to the lives of many people (Paragraphs 5, 12, Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the SBI said on its website on April 10.
