Countries like the Baltic states, the Caucuses and Ukraine are the most at risk from President Vladimir Putin’s belligerent foreign policy, Chatham House’s James Nixey claimed. He told Express.co.uk: “If you live in Tallinn (Estonia) or Tbilisi (Georgia) or Kyiv (Ukraine), then quite clearly Russia is more of a danger than it has ever been before. I think there have been certain actions in the last 10, 12 years – the war with Georgia in 2008, the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of the eastern part of the Donbass.
